Nurse FAQs

This largely depends on the roles that are available and how quickly you can get your Alberta Nursing License (If you don’t already have it), a Vulnerable Sector Check, and proof of current BLS. We also need to know your location preferences.

We want to make sure that every placement is the right fit for everyone which is why we have a rigorous screening process. This allows us to understand not only your skills and training, but where and how the community can best benefit from those skills and training.

If you have concerns with your placement we ask that you reach out to your recruiter right away to talk through options with you.

At the end of your three month contract you have the option to extend your contract at your existing placement or choose another placement. If you’ve decided that travel nursing isn’t for you, you always have the option to terminate your contract after 90 days.

We will pay you bi-weekly by direct deposit based on the hours submitted in your timesheets.
